Stubbz Bugz is proud to offer a live arrival guarantee! This means if your package of live dubia roaches do not make it to you alive we will gladly work with you to remedy the issue.

To help ensure your dubia arrive alive, we have a few precautions we take. Please read the information below. Purchasing live dubia from Stubbz Bugz means you have read the information below and agree to the terms listed.

• Customers must track package and retrieve packages within a timely manner. Live dubia should not be left in mailbox, store front, office, on porch, or at post office for extended periods of time.

• Once item is delivered please notify Stubbz Bugz within 4 hours of delivery if there is more than 10% death. Please submit a contact form and include the following: Name, Order Number, Address, and Pictures of Package including the outside of the box.

• Stubbz Bugz is not responsible for any items damaged or lost due to shipping, postal service, or weather. Please contact the postal service or shipping company for any claims due to mishandling of package.

• Live arrival Guarantee is void if the temp is above 89 or below 32 degrees.

 

Once your package arrives please inspect your product. Stubbz Bugz integrity is of the upmost importance. We use calibrated scales to insure accuracy. Each package will have a weight range. For example a bag can have a range of .030-.039. Thus if bugs are weighed they can vary within the prescribed range.

 

Stubbz Bugz works diligently to maintain quality. There can be some cleaner beetles and grubs with the dubia. They are beneficial and not a harm to the roaches. We strive for less than 1 percent of overall purchase and provide over count to provide more than accurate purchase numbers.
